New process for the Companion section on the flight request:

Step 1:
Log in and start a new Flight Request form like you normally would.

Step 2: Review Companions
You will see the Companion section on Step 2.

• You will see a list of people connected to your child.

• Click the three little dots next to each name.

• Click Edit.

• Review the information to make sure it is correct for anyone who has traveled or will travel with your child.

• Update anything that needs to be fixed

• Please make sure the name, date of birth, gender, and phone number are listed and correct. We need this information to book the plane ticket.

If you do not see the name of the adult who will travel for this trip:

• Click Add Contact.

• Enter their information.

• Click Save.

• Then click Refresh.

• You will now see the new companion listed.

Step 3: Select for This Trip
When you move to Step 3:

• Choose who is completing the form.

• Choose which adult will be the travel companion for this trip.

• The person completing the form and the person traveling can be different people or the same person.

Then continue through the rest of the flight request and submit as usual.
