Testimonials
We have flown some truly amazing kids. Below is a snapshot with just a few of these children's stories and the thanks we received after their flights.

We flew two-year-old Savannah from Tarboro, NC to the Shriners Hospital for Children in Greenville, SC. Savannah was born without a shinbone (a condition called tibia hememilia) and was fitted for a prosthesis that will enable her to walk without the aid of crutches or a walker! We received the following letter from Debby, Savannah's grandmother, shortly after the flight:

Dear CFH, I wanted to take a moment to tell you all how very much my family appreciates everyone at Flight of Hope. Our trip to South Carolina was so easy and so pleasant. You all made us feel so comfortable and welcome and we will be forever grateful to you. Flight of Hope provides such a magnificent, much-needed service in the community. Thank you all very much. We are very lucky to have you. Sincerely, Debby

We worked with AirLifeLine to transport 6-year-old Matthew home to Melbourne, FL after an appointment with a cerebral palsy specialist in Summit, NJ. Laura and Lane, Matthew's parents, were incredibly grateful for our help. They are the parents of two children with cerebral palsy. CFH flew their oldest son, Cheyne, back in 1994. (Cheyne is doing great now - he's an honor roll student and able to walk on just one crutch now!) We received the following note from Laura after completing our leg of the flight:

Dear CFH, Thank you so much for your kindness and time. My family and I are grateful for your help on this journey of raising two children with special needs. God bless you, Laura

We flew 15-year-old Meredith from Louisburg, NC to Toledo, OH. Meredith was recently diagnosed with POTS Syndrome. Unfortunately, her condition has severely affected her ability to attend school and function normally. Her doctors at Duke recommended that she see a specialist in Toledo. The appointment was a success and Tom and Teresa, Meredith's parents, hope the treatment prescribed will really make a difference. We received the following email from Tom and Teresa after their flight:

Dear CFH, Words are certainly inadequate of expressing our thanks to you and your organization. We so much appreciate the efforts put forth by all of you. The flights to and from Toledo were great and we knew we were in the hands of true professionals. It is refreshing in our society to meet people such as yourselves who truly care for others. We hope the specialist can help Meredith to return to a normal lifestyle quickly. Sincerely, Tom and Teresa
