After a Preliminary Request is made either via email or over the telephone, we set in motion our mission coordination procedure. Our staff will follow up with the family or healthcare professional to obtain all of the necessary details - requested flight dates and times, pickup and destination details, physician information, etc.

With these details in hand, we will coordinate all aspects of the mission - identifying the pilots that will command the mission, coordinating with other volunteer pilot organizations if necessary, communicating details to the family, etc.

Prior to flight, we will also ensure that all required documentation is completed. A Medical Approval form must be signed by the child's physician, a Financial Need Verification form must be completed by a professional with knowledge of the family's financial resources, and the family must sign a Waiver Form.
